I have been using this toner for many years so I know what it should look like. Something was wrong with that pipe. It came out of the tube as a clear/translucent gel. It should be creamy white with a slight light brown tint at the end. Schwarzkopf Ice Tonic is the absolute BEST option for platinum blonde and their entire blonde system is amazing. I've bought it from Revain several times with no problems. HOWEVER, I believe this one may be selling an old or counterfeit product. Whether they know about it or not, I have no idea, but I do know that the toner tube I bought was useless.
