Review on Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 235 Functional Training Shoes by Joe Mix
Minimalist trainer in my rating.
I bought these to replace a pair I had a few years ago. The fit is about the same, they work the same. I use them for Xfit lifts. They don't have much of the padding they should be, which helps transmit power and stability when lifting weights.

- The best shoe π I have ever used for circuit training.
Cons
- May not be suitable for people with circulatory problems
