The way this piece is made is rediculous. It’s literally a flat piece of metal and isn’t drilled for the posts. It has to be screwed to the posts but can’t be. Spent way too much time and bought way too many tools to get this done. Not to mention it’s completely opened on both ends. Bought the caps that are supposed to attach to it and they don’t fit around it. It has to be glued to this piece. Very poorly designed. Spent too much on a tacky project that I’m not happy with along with time wasted figuring out what to do to get this system to work. No phone number to call for help with this and items recommended weren’t correct so bought wrong pieces for the rest of the system. Wish I could give this zero stars!
