Weaker than tissue paper
I thought it was a great idea. I use biodegradable litter for my cats, but the garbage man insists I pack them. I bought these because I thought it would be a great way to keep everything compostable. What mistake. They are thinner than tissue paper. In 5/10 cases they ripped as soon as they were opened. Then they tear when I put ANYTHING in them. If I try to put them in the bin by holding them at the top, the bottom just falls out. I have to rock it gently with both hands and then carefully place the bag in the trash can or it will break and leave cat poo in the driveway. I would rather use tissue paper to wrap my trash. At least he has a little more power. It's useless.
