These waterproof socks are made in China. They feel (and sound) like they have some type of foam liner inside. There is no fabric content listed anywhere on the package or the sock so I am not sure what materials were used. They are good looking socks with a bright yellow-orange and blue on a black background and gray on the foot area.They feel great on and seem to prevent even air from getting inside. I will update after they have been used on a long hike but for now these socks appear very well made and seem to seal out moisture.
