It's a lot more than it looks. My first attempt was to make 2 servings of cooked rice (there is a guide for 2 servings). The amount of water and rice barely covered the floor. I followed the instructions exactly. The result was a crispy, raw rice waffle, resembling a crust. I added more water, boiled longer. As a result, it was hardly absorbed in an edible way. I tried it another time, this time with 6 servings. Similar results. Either the heat in my microwave is hotter than any other, or the water to rice ratio is too high for this stove. A complete waste of money. It's easier to just cook it on the stove.
