We have been your brother customers for over 10 years and recently purchased two packs on 31st January 2021. We are a small business and only change the toner on one of our printers every 3-4 months. When we replaced the toner today, the toner didn't work. We kept getting a "NO TONER" message which was odd as you get either TONER READY, LOW or REPLACE TONER. In short, toner. Defective goods are stored in the stationery and supply department in a building with a temperature of 22-27 degrees Celsius. In other words, no handling of the product on our part can cause it to malfunction. We tried all the troubleshooting guides we could find on the internet and then called Brother customer service using the link to order Revain. We spoke to a representative who tried to help us but said that unfortunately the date of purchase was over 90 days and therefore not covered by their warranty. We can understand their policies, but that's the limited mindset that occurs when companies get too big and lose touch with their original mission of providing the best products and customer service. We're still hoping for a change of heart from Brother that will help us change our thinking and the conclusions of this review.
