Purchased TN760-2 package. It's been literally 6 weeks for me and it says I need to change the toner.

Supposedly an original Brother toner set. This was delivered on August 19th and today is September 30th to replace the toner. Refunds are not available and I called support and this is for printers and hardware. The TN760 is said to output 3000 sheets. This is just for home use by me and I only have about 300 sheets and I check the toner saver mode every time I print. I'll see how the second toner in the pack performs, but I don't recommend buying it. Print quality was good for the several…

Works perfectly. Just very expensive. There are much cheaper products on the market but my printer doesn't recognize them and won't print. Looks like my brother's holding us hostage.

Attention buyers, the toner didn't work!

Our company bought this toner as a replacement. The original toner has run out. We have installed your TN-760 toner. After we installed the toner, the copier kept throwing an error message about adding toner. We have a brother L2750DW that says it's compatible. I had to call a copy specialist and try to fix the problem. Your toner still didn't work. Unfortunately we didn't find out until after our return deadline that it wasn't working. We will never buy from this seller again.

We have been your brother customers for over 10 years and recently purchased two packs on 31st January 2021. We are a small business and only change the toner on one of our printers every 3-4 months.
