A big improvement over the worn ones I've used. Removing the old one and installing the new one was easier than I expected. The instructions that came with the racks weren't very good (probably general and not specific to my Boxster), but I found a few videos online that helped me. Installing the new ones was very easy and didn't require removing the clips - I just pressed them onto the balls with some pressure and they snapped straight into place. I think I used a hammer with a light tap on one of them. .
