I got this belt several months ago and it looks and works amazing! Unfortunately, at some point the pin holding the leather clamp to the actual buckle fell out and got lost somewhere. Thankfully, the Lavemi customer service is fantastic! I emailed the contact included in the box and within a day had a response that I would be sent a replacement belt (the whole thing!) free of charge. I then got an email letting me know it had been shipped and now, only 2 days later, I got the new belt and it looks and works great! I would definitely recommend this belt and Lavemi!My only problem with the belt, really, is that the latch doesn't hold super well after a while when the belt is not being worn. Because of how the mechanism works, it needs tension to hold it in place and any "push" unlatches it, which means easy swapping but also means that sometimes I grab my belt and the buckle is left behind and I have to grab it and spend a quick second to reattach it. It probably depends on how you tend to use/put away the belt too. Great for storing a collection of buckles and belts separately and mix-and-match styling day to day. The latch does "click closed" but it's not a particular strong hold. A minor inconvenience though. I haven't lost a belt or buckle due to it or anything and it never has issues when being worn. Overall a great Belt!
