Review on WD 1TB My Passport Portable External Hard Drive - USB 3.0 - White (WDBYNN0010BWT-WESN) by Josh Allred

Pros: - Small (minor design issues - see cons) - Light - Mm. it works, yes? Cons: -What about formatting issues on my Macbook Air? After finally figuring out the WD forums, the Apple forums, many other forums, and sheer willpower + fiddling, it all works great. But my goodness it was more than 2 hours wasted for what should have taken 30 seconds. Draft. what the hell? It doesn't matter much, but I just couldn't figure it out. I have the same EHD in last year's model - it looked simple and neat, with rounded corners and beveled edges. I watched a promotional/promotional video for it and it showed how small it is and easy to carry around in your pocket. Let me tell you what was easier when there weren't all 90 degree angles. Again, not a big deal because how often do I actually carry it in my girls' pockets big enough for lipstick (I think pant designers think we'll ever need pockets for that)? But every time I look at it (there is a photo of it when I write this review) it annoys me. I'm not even going to get started on the weird two-texture halves because I think my mind is running out of puzzles at the moment.
