Review on Motorcycle Backpack Waterproof Expandable Helmetcatch by Oscar Berry

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great idea, but not in practice.

This backpack seems like a great idea - you can carry your helmet on top of your backpack instead of in your hand. However, the helmet makes the backpack look large and unwieldy. In the first photo you can see that the helmet sticks out a bit. The backpack is empty except for the helmet. If I put my jacket and gloves with other things, I would feel awkward carrying them around. I would be afraid to turn and meet someone or something in an unpopulated area. If the helmet is not attached, the part holding the helmet will dangle. I didn't like that I couldn't tie it when not in use. You can see it in the second photo. This backpack has all kinds of drawstrings and buckles. Most of these I would probably never use, like the hip belt for example. As said in the title, that's a good idea, but it doesn't work for me in practical use. I'll probably remove the helmet section and some of the straps, but that's how the backpack was designed. It seems silly to buy this just to upgrade it to the backpack I want. It's probably better to find another backpack and leave your helmet on the bike or take it with you.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • not bad
