Required for smartphone navigation

This product offers a wide range of customization options, making it suitable for mounting almost any smartphone. The build quality isn't perfect, but it has served me well for over a year. I have used this product with HTC Desire and also with Samsung Galaxy S2 and both fit well. I recommend using extended legs for smaller smartphones too as the springs are very tight when trying to mount even a 3.7 inch phone with shorter legs. The soft feet are very secure and your phone doesn't slide when I have an issue where one of the shorter feet no longer sits properly in the rails they are mounted on allowing it to slide freely. However, this is not a big problem as she relies on the other leg. only happened to one foot but can be a problem if you frequently adjust feet to fit different phones. The adjustability is fantastic, allowing you to mount phones on your windshield at any angle and hold your phone in portrait or landscape orientation. Legs adjust to reveal buttons and ports. On HTC Desire, if you fold the two legs together in the middle of the phone, you can access the lock button and headphone jack on the top. By placing two feet on the edges of the device, you can access the USB port. The device is not designed to be folded when travelling, being set to the smallest size means it fits in the glove box quite snugly. There have been a few instances of the mount falling off the windshield on very hot days, but this appears to be a suction issue, not the device's design. This is rare thanks to the clip that activates the suction cup. This device turned my phone into a decent GPS device. It offers a lot for a small price and I can only recommend it.
