I am very happy with this inexpensive phone holder. I have an old HTC G2 phone and I wanted to use it as a GPS. The mount comes with two sets of 'clamps', one with extensions, so it fits a variety of phone sizes. The installation takes about 10 seconds. I bought them for the windshield. This is a great mount with a few flaws. The suction cup attaches securely to your windshield and the spring-loaded grip provides more than enough strength to hold your phone in place. The adjustable clips are nice because the fastening fingers don't get in the way of the power button on the top of my G2. I've been using this mount for almost a couple of years and I'm really impressed with how secure it is on the windshield! It will remain untouched for several months. In the winter months, when the car is not in the garage, it falls off at times. This mount holds the phone very tight, the phone barely moves.
