. I noticed whiter skin after about 3-4 days with just once daily use. I'm alternating this with Sensodyne Pronamel for sensitive teeth because I'm cold/hot sensitive and Pronamel works really well, but I also wanted something that was sure to whiten and feel fresh. It made my gums a little sensitive after the first two uses, but that went away over time. The taste is pleasant and very fresh. I look forward to brushing my teeth with this paste every day. It should be noted that this list does NOT apply to the Truly Radiant Bright & Strong Toothpaste. This serves to protect the tooth enamel. At first I thought I had received the wrong product and was ready to return it to the seller but upon further research I found out that Truly Radiant Bright & Strong has now in fact been replaced by Enamel Defense. Seller needs to update listing information and image.
