We love this stylish backpack for our first grader son as it's the right size for his small stature yet big enough to carry everything he needs for school. including his lunch box, a large water bottle, a letter-sized homework folder, books from his library, and his 15-inch Chromebook. Despite all of these things, he looks relative to his height and doesn't seem like too much of a strain on his back. And then there is still room for supplies! - The build quality of this backpack is excellent, with thick fabric materials and good/even stitching throughout - The wide-open flap makes it ideal for holding standard sized binders while still retaining enough structural rigidity so it won't collapse under its own weight - Sides Water bottle bag is a nice size and can accommodate large water bottles - Soft and comfortable shoulder straps - Black and blue accents look stylish Overall this is a great backpack for students, its functionality keeps everything a student needs and best of all very compact . 5 Stars
