Careless seller and not as pictured. Dark and rough.

I was so excited until it actually came. Came stuffed, not folded, in a dirty, torn cloth sleeve. I had to wash it spotwise, everything was on black grease stains. It doesn't look like what I expected and it's not as plush as it looks in the photos. Very disappointed I like the pictures I see on the web but they are not the same. It is much darker and not as soft as pictured. Even if I buy all these addons, use different lighting and assemble it like in the pictures, it still won't be as shown on the internet. Just very disappointed.
