Also seller said I can keep the first one. AND they refunded me the full amount. I'm very very pleased. Not only with this new topper but the excellent customer service! I will gladly purchase from this seller again in the future.This picture was taken the day I got the topper. Kinda fluffed up and nice. Then it Flatted out after a night. My mattress feels the same as it did prior to getting this topper. Stuff hard and uncomfortable. My mattress is only 2 years old but I bought a firm mattress as I was really broke at the time and could not afford a pillow top or comfortable mattress. I was really hoping that this topper lived up to the reviews and advertising. It. Did. Not. I wish I could contact the seller for a refund to be honest. Or replacement? I'm just not understanding how it never fully fluffed up even after 24 hours and how flat it is. I've had this thing less than a week. Not worth 74$ at all. I'm disappointed. So basically with this purchase you're gambling. It could be great or it could be a flop. In my case it was a flop.
