Not bad but: Vacuum cleaner

Just received today and charged for testing. Less than 1 minute after cleaning the low pile carpet, the felt pads started to separate from the underside. It was very disappointing. The rest of the block looked fine. At low (normal) power it had decent suction power. At high power, it had a high-pitched screech similar to a turbo, but also a much stronger suction power. The bin is fairly small so not a replacement for a full sized vacuum, but it's great for small to medium jobs. The battery needs to be manually connected to charge instead of placing the vacuum cleaner in the stand. Not great, but not the end of the world. Haven't used a full charge yet, mainly because the felt pads have fallen off, but using the couch has worked fine, but the felt pads are also starting to come off. I may have to glue the felt pads back on, but that's a bit annoying. Otherwise, it's a pretty good deal if you don't mind putting the pads back on. *Edit* 6/4 - The seller contacted me and offered me another device. They also offered an assembly kit for my problems and sent back the defective unit. To be honest, the felt only started to detach from two nozzles. The new device works great (just like the first one) and there are no issues with the felt pads on the attachments. I changed my rating because it is a reliable device and a great price.

Pros
  • Stick vacuum and electric broom
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
