I'm so glad I found this trench coat that I had to buy at the last minute for a trip when I had to return my first coat (Columbia Pardon My Trench) because it was too small failed. However, this trench was ideal. Let me tell you that finding a good trench coat that is stylish and not suitable for skinny people has not been easy. I took size 10 because I wanted it to be longer and it still fit me perfectly and allows for layering. I'm surprised at the quality given the low price. I live in the Pacific Northwest and I know rain and good raincoats. This is one of them! **The only oddity are the laces, but I just tied them with a shorter thread**
