These stockings are perfect. As described, the fabric is very transparent. I've had other compression stockings in the past that looked more like knitted socks, but these don't look anything like that. They have a well defined heel that is sewn into the stocking. They are also oversized to make them more comfortable to wear. My legs aren't quite vertical, shapeless, they stick out, so the stockings aren't quite shapeless. The toe is knitted with reinforced fabric to prevent running. The top band is tight elastic to prevent falling off. In the reinforced part of the sock there is enough space for the toes so that they don't get crushed. I have reviewed other compression stockings and these were the cheapest but that doesn't mean they are poor quality! This is great value for the price I paid!
