Build quality is good. Only used with Wi-Fi so not sure if it will work properly on a cellular network. Ability to download applications through the Play Market. The instruction manual (as a pdf file) is difficult to read as it appears to have been clumsily translated from the original document. It works fine with a 128GB sim. Quite responsive at times, but has significant lag when navigating websites. No specific trend or cause could be identified. Some applications cannot work in portrait or landscape mode or even flip the screen. There is a minimal set of applications, but it's easy to get what you want from the cloud. Bought to replace an old Samsung Tab 4 running an outdated version of Android v4 o/s. This is real Android v8 o/s. Despite the problems mentioned, it's worth it for the price.
