More of a toy than a tool, and that's okay!

The bottom three "holes" don't make a difference tonally, which doesn't really matter to us as they were Easter baskets for our 1 and 4 year olds. Kids don't see a difference, but trying to play something is a little annoying, and half the notes stay the same. It's a good buy for a young child as a toy, but if you want to play it or learn real music, look elsewhere for a more legitimate recorder.
