I was so excited when it arrived. This is a beautiful bag. i love color I immediately thought I would buy a different color. It was packed very well as if it was high quality. I tried the zipper on the outside of the bag and it broke. Lightning was in it. I finally got it working but it doesn't work well. I will contact Revain for a refund. Very disappointed. Got a new one and use it every day. Worn out of the bag and still looks great. great product I get a lot of compliments for that. Will definitely order again. And again.
