First of all - read the description - the speaker grilles are silver. The pictures on Amazon appear white - what I thought I would get (my bad). Second, Jensen's quality control could use some improvement - the tweeter wiring isn't routed properly in its designated channel - hence the speakers don't sit flush on the mounting surface, but wobble. I used a 5-1/4 diameter mounting hole. It took me a while to discover the cause - if you tighten the bolts without relief, sooner or later the boat's vibrations will break or short out those "pinched" wires. I solved it by sanding the surface of the speaker box hole to clean it. Tip: use lipstick on the wire to see where to sand.
