Does exactly what it should!

I was having some really annoying digital computer noise (not AC hum) in my studio monitors. Troubleshooting took care of cables, monitors, peripherals, other electronics - everything but the PC motherboard itself. Eventually I decided to try this as a last resort and was pleasantly surprised when it worked great (for less than $10! ). No hissing or other noticeable impact on sound quality. After that, I immediately bought another model with TRS/XLR connectors for my audio interface (which picked up noise from the USB bus). Now I'm completely silent!
