didn't even last two weeks and the laptop wouldn't charge and then I was surprised to see a crack on my screen after I closed and opened my laptop and then Microsoft expects you to pay for the damage caused by the fact that they created the shirt. and they have a history of these things having problems. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on I Mac or Dell, and that's coming from someone who's been buying a Microsoft product for a year despite having a Zune
