Work Great! for my opinion
These are small, thin and have a lot of holding power. I wasn't sure if these would stand out and look bad, but they are small enough that it really doesn't bother me. We have older cabinets with a door that has a design, so not easily replaced and one of the doors is starting to warp, so it wouldn't stay shut. These little attachments did the trick!
