Review on 🪒 Philips Norelco Shaver 9000 Prestige: Rechargeable Wet/Dry Electric Shaver + Trimmer Attachment, Premium Case - SP9820/87 by Raquel Peterson

I have a 5 year old Norelco 1280x that came with the 'SensoTouch 3D' RQ12/62 shaving head. The RQ12/62's cutting blades suck from day one. It took 5-6 passes to get a decent shave. My replacement razor is a cheap Norelco 5000 series with an SH50/52 shaving head. The SH50 does a good job of trimming, getting a decent shave in two passes, but it's not as gentle as the RQ12 head. I recently purchased the SH98/72 head which is a replacement for the flagship 9000 series Prestige shaver. The SH98 head snaps directly into the base of the RQ12 (bottom drive gear). It delivers a fast and precise shave like the SH50 head, but as gently as the RQ12 head. The best from both worlds. Much better than the standard RQ12/62 head.
