I've been using the reusable, eco-friendly, absorbent Original Wettex Swedish Dish for three weeks and am now throwing *towel* away. I haven't had any luck with this product but thought it might just be prejudice against any rag/cloth/napkin that isn't a washcloth. No, I don't like that particular washcloth. There are a few good qualities that make me give a 3 star rating, e.g. B. how quickly the fabric absorbs water or splashes and the fact that the fabric is odorless with prolonged use. This dishcloth absorbs water quickly but dries very slowly. And I squeezed all the water out of the rag before putting it in the sink to dry. And that's another problem, the washcloth is small (about the size of my palm with my fingers spread) and doesn't stay draped on the divider of my double sink, instead it falls into the sink, which often means I have to start the drying process All the Way. Above. No matter how I wring the rag, there's still a lot of water left over, which means I have to take a dry rag with me to dry the countertops after cleaning them with this Swedish dishcloth. Even when wet this fabric is very pliable, but when dry it's like a piece of cardboard so forget about drying your hands with it. It just doesn't work for me and I'm tired of messing with it. .
