Seal design is better than my previous water bottle - the silicone ring hardly falls out of the cap. The lid still has a latch to close the bottle so you can throw it in your bag and not worry about it opening or leaking, and the seal is even strong enough to prevent when closed that sodas spoil. The top of the thermos is coated with rubberized paint to keep you in place, as well as a rubber pad on the bottom and a rubber sleeve on the top for extra grip. It keeps drinks cold all day and the wide opening makes it easy to pour drinks and add ice. I also like the large capacity of 1L.
