I like how you can set your own budget and the M&C Saatchi Mobile team are always on hand to help. There is a lot of administration, making sure you are saving your data and can monitor your spend. Their reports are a little confusing to keep on top of. I would look at their portfolio and consider how many clients you work with and their industry. We are solving the challenge of our target audience reaching us. We are also solving the issue of reaching them at a time and place convenient to them. I like that this tool allows for me to be able have my customer database easily accessed by all of our employees so we aren't reaching out at different times during work hours or days off etc., it has greatly helped us increase sales! Not much yet but they do claim their features will enhance your productivity which is what i believe would help any business grow even more than just increasing clientele/sales alone!!
