These glasses have helped reduce headaches and migraines at work. It took me a few tries to find the right pair that was light and loose enough that the goggles themselves didn't give me a headache, but choosing the TR90 frame was key. They get dirty very easily, so I have to clean them often, and the lenses don't look like they'll stand the test of time well (they're made of inferior material).
