Comfortable for wrists/hands!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain in my hands and wrists. Ergonomic mouse pad and wrist rest made computer work more comfortable if I can stand it! Both made it more convenient when I was typing on the keyboard and using the mouse! The memory foam inside is good!
