I got a size up from what revain suggested based upon other reviews and pants I've ordered. (I never like too much pressure on my mid section with pants.) And I'm glad I did. I got the "skinny" fit without the "adjustable" waist tie. This waistband is three inches wide. The fit is to my waist. I just took a walk in 33 degree F temps and was cozy but not overheated. And these are great pants to warm up first thing in the morning when the heat is warming up the house. The price can't be beat! As another reviewer said, she would report back when she washed them if there was an issue, as will I.
