First of all I think the iron covers look really cool and they go really well with my Mizuno mp-18mmc irons. I have encountered problems with the lids slipping or loosening. Second, I applaud their customer service team for doing a fantastic job with me. The original box only had 9 heads, not 10. It was missing the 9 iron cap. I emailed customer service and they were able to get me the 9 iron plate cover fairly quickly. The delivery time was two weeks as the item was shipped from China. However, this didn't bother me.
