What I described in the shortcomings is most likely an individual case and probably more complaints about Windows 10 and Realtek drivers, or maybe my laptop has some kind of strange sound card. Probably the headphones have nothing to do with it, I didn’t try to connect them to other computers, so I don’t know))) Pros: Everything, only the rim presses on the head, most likely out of habit. Its cons: I connected MSI GE63 to my laptop and Windows (Windows 10 Pro x64, licensed) issued a BSoD . Rebooted, Windows loaded and immediately issues a BSoD again . launched the recovery tools without losing personal data, did not help . Pulled the headphones out connectors, turned off the laptop, turned it on, everything loaded! But the laptop writes that there is no sound, because I don’t have any sound device at all))) I looked on the Internet what it was . it turned out that the error was due to Realtek drivers. I deleted the Realtek program in the control panel, rebooted, but the sound and devices still did not appear . in the device manager it says that the devices seem to be there, but they are not there))) In general, I tried to connect these headphones again, zero reaction, but at least now BSoD does not climb out))) Turned off the laptop, waited about 1 minute, turned it on and lo and behold! The sound has arrived! I connected the headphones, they do not work . After poking around in the sound settings, by some miracle I managed to start and configure them. Now everything is working. But in the discord, for some reason, the sensitivity constantly goes astray and I have to shaman again with the microphone settings so that they can hear me well .
