Review on ASICS Womens GEL Kayano Running Lightning by Jessica Edwards

I've been running Gel-Kayanos for 7 years. I started trail running in high school and was told to buy these shoes because of my flat feet and reverse foot. They really helped me find my footing and took my running to a higher level. I've bought a new pair every 4 months or 400 miles and they are AMAZING. Super comfy, super supportive and I've only fallen once in 7 years with these little ones. I've run 3 half marathons in the last 9 months and I've taken a new pair to training each time, and I. Love. this. Shoes. Highly recommend for people who are serious about running and need really good shoes. sometimes they can be expensive but they are worth it!
