Banglijian Exceded My Expectations - Product and Warranty Sevrice

I previously had a Siemens hearing aid costing $2600 that certainly helped me – unfortunately, I lostIt.I figured I’d search on Ebay for a less expensive alternative and came across the Banglijian Hearing Amplifier for $124.95 with 10.00 off. I generally never buy an Ebay item with less than 88% 5- and 4-star reviews nor any with more than 5-6% 1- and 2-Star reviews. Their device came in at 66% 5- and 4-star and 21% 1- and 2-Star reviews. By rights, I never should bought it, but at $114 I’d give it a try. If it gave decent hearing performance, and I replaced it every year, it would take 22.6 yrs worth of these devices to equal the $2600 audiologist or Miracle Ear device cost.Frankly, it provided much better performance than I expected. I was stunned by the rash of negative reviews given my product experience. I’m retired and don’t encounter much noise cancelling need and when I was it was more than adequate,I did have a device charging problem after 11 mos. After I explained the issue to Banglijian Customer Service, I received a new device in 24 hours!A very good product and outstanding customer service justifies a 5 star rating from me
