After trying many different sleep mouthpieces I think this is the best product I have found in terms of comfort, durability and ease of setup. Out of the box, simply boil water and shape the mouthpiece to your liking. As this is my 3rd purchase in the last 6+ months, I figured out which setup is the most comfortable for me (6) and tailored it to this particular setup. I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels in the mornings where my grinding and snoring has decreased drastically since using it (I use the sleep monitoring app on my phone to see how much I snore). Cleaning is easy; I use a toothbrush and fixative tablets to soak the mouthpiece after use so it will feel brand new if I leave it in overnight. While the price may be much lower than many of its competitors, the quality is superb and this product is by far the best I've found on the market. As you can see from other reviews this product may not be the best for people with small mouths but I got used to the feeling after one night. I highly recommend this product to everyone!
