Don't let the photo fool you. I love this mop. I love that I can use my own cleaning solution in a spray bottle. However, the second time I used this mop (this morning) the mop head fell off the handle! As seen in the photo. I wanted to finish while my solution was still warm, my husband wasn't there to help and I couldn't get the mop back on the turntable. Finally, after many frustrated trials and tears, I thought I'd spray some PAM on the small stem that the swivel head fits on. Place the mop head on the sink. And put all his strength and BINGO! the swivel head is seated! So if this happens to you, don't waste almost an hour before you know what to do! Why did he jump out at all? I have no idea. Perhaps the manufacturer can answer this question. And yes! I still love this mop!
