Microphone no longer works best in headsets and microphones
I've had the product a little over 30 days and my headphones are working but my microphone has stopped transmitting. Shut up and Mike stays tied to my external porter. About two weeks after I bought it, I could tell there would be a problem with the mic because I had to press the transmit button harder to get it to work. Now, in the middle of the shift, he stopped working altogether. I contacted support and received no response. I am very dissatisfied!
