The service level is excellent and I have received updates via email or phone throughout. Highly recommend! Communication between myself and the team was seamless.The onboarding process was thorough and easy to understand. I would love it if they had more options when managing my account and that they provide more information about how much I owe each month and what's spent so far. I'm currently using them for a number of different services including water heating, electrical, home insurance, builders insurance and also their maintenance program. Their service levels are exceptional and they've always been open and honest with me.
