The quality is much better than I expected. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It is very easy to use and comes with very detailed instructions and some additional information. Easy to install and use after charging. I am happy with the size of the hand blocks, they are no bigger and really easy to use and I feel like they are the perfect size. The fairly fast charging is nice (2 hours and done). This was extremely helpful with my stubborn bull terrier, I didn't have to shock him more than maybe 2 times and it was at the lowest point. He responded better than I thought and with ease. I'm definitely happy with this purchase and I'm glad I chose this device.
