I am not entirely satisfied with this product but I think I got what I paid for. There was a lot of hair loss which the seller said was only supposed to happen with the first wash. I haven't washed yet. Delivered quickly but the smell is strong, it was impossible not to notice. The model I received is darker than the product description. I mention this because there can be a difference in the texture of the hair. I couldn't get a straight back on the model I have. I bought it to practice weaving techniques. I'm not a hair pro. On the first wash, when I rinsed my hair straight out of the box, the water turned brown. The hair was blown out well, but the smell is still there. Hope it goes away after the second. I also found red and gray streaks in my hair. They are sewn to the head. Also, not only is the hair brown, some strands are light. The products work for me to braid it, but I put a flat iron in it and it still had the same kink as if it had just been onion dried.
