Don't waste your money on it.
The main arm was detached from the base as received. I tried putting it back in several times but it didn't stay connected when the knob was tightened. Looks like the locking ring on the main arm isn't big enough to secure it in the base's swivel ring. Low quality. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend it.
