I looked at this watch for a long time, thinking whether it was necessary or not, and yet I bought it. I chose with a bias towards swimming, I wanted the watch to determine the heart rate in the water, without additional sensors on the chest, because they are quite expensive and inconvenient. This watch determines the pulse in the water and is quite accurate +/- 1 beat. Compared the old fashioned way with a stopwatch for 10 seconds. It’s also cool that you can set up a warning if you climb into a very high or vice versa very low heart rate. Among other things, the watch has a bunch of smart fitness trackers, GPS for open water. I haven't tested it yet, but judging by the feedback in the swimmer community, the results are more good. I have not figured out the training function yet. On the first training I paused when I was resting, and then I didn’t count part of the swim distance, so in the next training I just turn on the mode and do not pause. Finished training - turned off. Started a new one - turned it on again. The charge is held for exactly 5 days, with two workouts. To charge spent about 2 hours with charging from USB on a computer. In general, if you are a swimmer and in doubt - take these for yourself and watch your progress))
