Let me tell you that the dial did nothing except irritate him enough that the pus came out. switched to this once or twice a day in combination with H2Ocean four times a day and immediately saw and felt the difference. it was so clean and so much better. I literally couldn't survive all four hours without ibuprofen. I woke up swollen every day and the swelling continued throughout the day until it was time to go back to sleep. My whole ear exploded and was red. The pain was so bad but they say it's normal for such a hard piercing. My piercing now. it hasn't swollen at all since then and you'll be surprised how it looks after a new piercing. The skin looks normal, everything is back to normal and I have no pain unless I accidentally bump into it. ideal for even the most complex piercings
