Phone pocket is a bit small for my Galaxy note 20 with a slim case, but the pocket does stretch quite a bit to make it fit.The velcro is very strong, probably the strongest one I've seen. That makes it difficult to unhook the belt, damages the velcro attachment quicker, and can damage clothing if it sticks to it. My hand brushed off the velcro while trying to unhook the belt and I got scratched by the velcro (see photo), that's how tough the velcro material is.I got the small size belt, I am a waist size 31 male, and about 3/4 of the velcro hangs off the end if I tighten the belt snugly around my waist.The material of the velcro end is also 50% neoprene which is not mentioned in the product details, in case you are allergic.
