I love using this at night when I’m applying my night cream. I keep the roller in the fridge for about 15 minutes then I roll it gently over my face to help set the cream into my skin. The rolling relaxes my skin and the cooling effect calms any irritations I may have gotten on mi face over the day. Using this product has really helped in soothing redness and irritation. I’m probably going to get one for most of the women in my family for the holidays
